Cucumber Salad

  • 2 cucumbers
  • Lawry's seasoning or Italian spices, or a pkg. of Italian-vinegar dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. Pepper them freely with the seasoning. Add vinegar and oil. Toss - Voila! — Linda Schmidt
